  • Standard Shipping (Free within the U.S.):
    Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the time your order is processed.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days from the time your order is processed. Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Overnight Shipping:
    Delivery will be made the next business day, provided the order is placed before 12 PM CST. Additional charges apply.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time they are placed.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders (Within the U.S.):
    • Standard Shipping: Free
    • Expedited Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout
    • Overnight Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout
  • International Orders:
    • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
    • Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. You can also track your order directly on our website by logging into your account.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to the United States and select international locations. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us at info@boggabg.com.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Orders: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@boggabg.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

7. International Shipping

For international orders, shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination country. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees may apply upon arrival in your country, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We can modify your shipping address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. After shipping, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
